Employees are automatically enrolled to contribute 6% of earnings into the 401(k) plan. The contribution amount can be canceled or changed at any time. A 100% employer matching contribution up to 6% is provided. In addition, there is an automatic employer contribution to the 401(k) plan based on years of service: 3.5% for 0-9 years of service, 4.5% for 10-19 years of service and 5.5% for 20+ years of service.
